Suppose a device is having handshake problems with the Thinger Server.

What strategy should be adopted to identify these devices (at least the device’s IP address)?

Check the DEBUG messages at the device to see what issue is affecting it.

With that message is the right call to see what can be done in order to avoid the issue, very important to warrantee that the device have at least -80dbm signal (for wifi ones).
