What is the thinger-io / Core32-Library doing?

The thinger-io / Core32-Library is part of the Arduino IDE libraries, but it is unclear to me what it does.
I could not find explications and the example does nothing.

Could you explain what it does and what is the difference to the thinger.io library that includes ESP32?

I have seen that ESP32 core is work on Progress.
A bit confusing, that it is already in the Arduino libraries…
Can you ask to remove it from there until it is stable and documented?
