VS Code Plugin Version 4.14.1-1

Today we are announcing that we have released a new VS Code version for Thinger.io with some improvements:partying_face:. With this new version, you will be able to update the firmware via OTA:zap:directly from the Cloud.

As part of this version both PlatformioIO and Thinger.io Visual Studio Code extensions are installed on first boot, and the necessary credentials are configured automatically, so no other configuration from the users are needed.
