Time to refresh dashboard : DOWNLINK PROPERTY LORAWAN

Can the refresh time of a dashboard be reduced?
I have a button that sends a Downlink for a LORAWAN property and I read the response stored in a bucket … but it takes a long time to update

Hi,

Theoretically it must show the last bucket value when is updated, how long it takes to update since the data is already in the bucket? Are you using the community server or a private instance?

Hi @JAVIER_MARIN, at this moment, updates from data buckets are done every minute by default, and cannot be changed manually. But will include in the following release a real-time update for buckets

I still can’t get the data to update in real time. Logged into the portal if you do it but in a new Google window for example it does not work

Hi @JAVIER_MARIN, it should work fine when accessing dashboards over the console (with a regular account), but not over shared dashboards. Which is your case? Can you PM me you private server instance?
