Show a pop up window text with description of the button tab in dashboard when user pass over it

Hello,

In the dashboards, I want to show the menu nav just with icons, without text (which is every tab of the dashboard).

The text will be shown when the user hover the button. Like in this example:

How can I do that? Could I do it in Dashboard settings?:

This option is not currently available, but we can consider adding in a future version.

Could you add and issue into the GitHub repository?
