Hello.
First of all, I am using a free account to make it clear. I am able to see the data in the API explorer and also choose the resource for the dashboards and the buckets, but when one is created it stays empty, no data whatsoever.
Any idea?

It whould be any problem in the configruation of your data buckets and widgets. Maybe you have selected “update by device” sampling… or something similar, please paste here a screenshot of your configuration and we will see what’s happering.
