I’ve been trying to reach thingerIO support (support@thinger.io) for more than a month now, and I’ve got no reply from them. I have checked the spam folders and I’ve also tried to contact them with my gmail address instead of my business address. Still no answer.
The reason I’m trying to contact them is I don’t receive the invoices (which my company needs for accounting) and I cannot login to the billing portal (e-mail address is unknown) to download the invoices.
I’ m short of ideas, if anyone has suggestions about how to contact them, or to download the invoices, I would be grateful.
