No, Thinger.io console has been created with scripted texts. However, you can create your own custom frontend to work with the platform via REST API.

yes, for the public instance at least. However, if it is very important for you, and just for private instances, it would be possible to make the translation doing a customization project. We can discuss it via mail =)
