Interactively Control Time Frame in a Time Chart

Is it possible to interactively select a certain time period in a time chart or do I need to switch into edit mode for that? I want a time chart to display values from today by default, but I want to be able to switch to yesterday, last week, 2 months ago, whatever time frame.

In general, is there any way to interactively control any widget?

Currently it is not possible in the way you are asking it, it has been asked to the developers.

The option yoy have is if you have fixed time frames you want to see, what can you do is to make more tabs with those time frames.
