How can I review/change device descriptions and credentials?

This is not possible at this moment. It is a one-time set feature, also credentials cannot be reviewed as they are securely hashed in the database. The most effective way to modify these parameters is to remove the device, and create another one with the same ID. Then set the new credentials and description you want.
