How to make alarm rules

Hi,

I am not sure if alarms are able to just paid accounts, let us know which plan are you subscribed to, if you are using a free account maybe this is the reason why it does not let you create alarms.

Hi,

Alarms are not available on free plans, this is why both of you have issues setting them.
