How to access console own host

How to access console in own server i try http://ipaddress/#/login can’t
Do i must config or change something.

Hi, the console is not currently being distributed along the server. You must use the console as specified in the documentation. In the near future, the console will be released as a separate package.

In documentation the console is thinger.io side not my own server.
If i want using it must be install new package than server side.
how to get it ?
