How do I use DVR for transmit with MJPEG URL

I would like to know what the DVR do you use to create the link: http://81.8.143.33/mjpg/video.mjpg

The DVR have a MJPEG tecnhology?

Because in the Brazil have a Intelbras DVR and can create RTSP for transmit one channel dvr camera.

Does all DVR have a MJPEG for transmit streaming with URL?
