Hello I am just a beginner, Im using free version and I want to put Alert Feature but when I try to save It always says It cannot process my request and ERROR (400): Unknown Error
Is there any solution to this? I found an article here about using VPN but not sure if it will work.
The alerts feature are not enabled at the public server, however if you are working with a thinger based device (so you can code it) you can walkaround it establishing a criteria at the device and unchaining actions based on configurable thresholds.
