Error 400 during device registration

Hi, I’m trying to register my first device on thinger.io, but I’m bumping into this error: "Cannot process your request. Error 400 (Object contains a property that could not be validated using ‘properties’ or ‘additionalProperties’ constraints: ‘name’ .) ".

I have tried several names, but this error always occurs.

Is it a temporary problem with the Thinger.io service?
