This should be evaluated knowing several IoT clouds, surely it has strong and weak points, in my humble opinion one of the strongest point is the easy way to deploy and connect a device to show information in the cloud, others clouds aren’t so intuitive.
For me is easier to use even for debugging purposes, to update values, instead of coding to update by serial console.
I recommend you to search on internet comparatives between different IoT clouds, or if you want an opinion on any particular aspect, redefine your question.
