Device property not available and Device connection error on shared dashboard

Hi.
Recently I have got a problem with shared dashboard.
When accessing shared dashboard I get get one or both error messages:
Device property not available
Device connection error

When accessing dashbord from Thinger Dansboard or Thinger app everything works fine.
Thinger version: 6.5.10-beta

Please advise.

Hi,

When you share a dashboard, a token is automatically created, I would recommend to check if the token has the needed access level to operate successful the dashboard and it features.
