Device esp8266 always disconnected!

Hello.
I’m new user of thinger.io,
I followed some tutorials to connect my NodemCu esp8266-12E to this platform but it always show to me ‘Disconnected’ !!
everything is true in the scripts , i put the ID correct the username correct and the device credential correct and the SSID correct and the SSID_PASSWORD correct too !
Help me please i need this to finish my university project.
