Device disabled from thinger server . what can i do to re-enable it

hello
i’ve receive a email from server that my device is disabled to excessive call fails. but now on device setting there is no mode to enable this. i 've set a new device credential but nothing . what can i do to enable it ?

Hi,

The system enables automatically after certain time, but if you dont want to wait you can delete it and create it again.
