Connection device-arduino-thinger.io failed

Hi!
I am using the ARDUINO MKR-WIFI 1010 board and I cannot establish a connection between Thinger io, the Arduino program and the board.

On Arduino, the board and port are recognized. I have uploaded the Thinger.io library but when I want to upload the examples, it has not included them.

The OS I work with is Windows 11.

Please, can someone help me?
