Clone bucket, but status show "Importing" over one day

**Describe the bug** When using the bucket clone feature, the new bucket someti…mes stays in an infinitely importing state, while the original bucket status goes back to normal from exporting. While a bucket has an importing status no action can be done with it, specially removing it. **To Reproduce** Try cloning buckets with data **Expected behavior** The importing status should go back to normal or an error should be reported.

We’ve just restored the status of the buckets in the community server. In the meantime avoid using this feature
