Certificate verify failed in AWS

Dear Community,

we use AWS Container from Thinger.io.
Since some weeks, we got an error when call an Endpoint via https.
ERROR: certificate verify failed

The certificate from the web-api we calling via Endpoint ist an official from sectico and valid till 09/2022.
In all browsers the web-api are green and save.

Please help.
