Can't add device token in my device, to generate QR code

Hi all,
It the Android app access to Thinger.io devices active?

I have my ESP8266 device running successfully and I can read data on my dashboard.
However, when I select my device in “Devices list” and select “Add” in “Device tokens”, nothing happens!
I’m following the steps defined in this example:

Is there anything I need to do, to add a device token and generate a QR code?

Hi @fcpeomaior, qué navegador estás utilizando? Prueba con Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Take also a look to the documentation about how to generate a device token: http://docs.thinger.io/console/#devices-device-tokens

Hello,
I tried both with chrome and edge.
However, strangely when I tried today again, I was able to add the token!
