When I try to reset the password of my account to access the helpdesk through
https://thingerhelp.freshdesk.com/support/login
It shows “You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.”
Does anyone know who is the helpdesk administrator and how can I contact him/her?
