When I trigger the bucket export an email has been received but there is no link to download the bucket.
Is it a setup problem?

Hi @test100, by default, in a custom setup, the export files will be stored in /var/snap/thinger-maker-server/common/exports. You can access all your exports there.
Right now, we are working for enabling the download links both in emails from custom deployments, or also in the same bucket, with a list of recently exports.
