Hola, por favor ayuda en “thinger io” para activar un programa realizado en “Geany”, atraves de algún control manual, para una tarjeta raspberry pi3.

Geany is the editor, you mean edit it and compile it on the Pi?
That is not really stuff for a beginner, as you appear to be…
You will be better off with an Arduino or an ESP8266, which are much better documented and have tons of libraries.
Raspberry Pi is designed be used with Python, for which there is no Thinger library yet.
Anyhow you can post your try, I will take a look at it…
