note that you have enabled the write confirmation, however it is doing nothing (it returns a bool value, the returned value is not used), I’m not sure if the device is waiting for that confirmation from the platform and the plaftorm does not send it as received a lot of instructions in short time and one overlaped another, it is not crazy to think that if the platform receives two instructions simultaneously from the same device, send just the last confirmation, and the device may wait two confirmations, as no receive all of them, gives the socket error.

You were spot on! After removing the write confirmation, regardless of the connection type (GSM or Fiber router), the relay_1 switch (LED) now operates in just 3 ms max instead of 16 ms. Plus, I no longer get the [_SOCKET] Cannot read from socket! error. I completely overlooked this, so thank you for pointing it out and for your help!

What kind of electrical circuit is driving the relay?

Thanks for asking. A few versions above, I disassembled the relay and switched to using only an LED to eliminate any potential effects caused by the relay.
